Celebrations start from £35 per person.
Minimum of 8 guests.

Additional optional extras are available to create a celebration that feels uniquely yours. From fresh flowers and bespoke decor to grazing-style food, cakes and celebration extras we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.

  • Every FROLIC Celebration includes your chosen tablescape, thoughtfully styled for your occasion, personalised place names for each guest, a coordinating welcome sign, picnic tables and soft furnishings, beautiful tableware and glassware, a bar trolley, disco ball drinks drinks cooler, a selection of soft drinks and full set-up and pack-down. 

    Food and additional finishing touches can be arranged through our trusted local suppliers, with options including fresh flowers, grazing boards, afternoon tea, cakes and bespoke decor, helping you create a celebration that feels completely your own.

  • Celebrations are designed for intimate gatherings of 8- 12 guests, making them perfect for birthdays, hen parties, baby showers and meaningful moments with your favourite people.

  • Most FROLIC Celebrations last around 3-4 hours, giving you plenty of time to celebrate, relax and soak up every thoughtful detail. Exact timings can be discussed during the planning process.

  • Where possible, next-day collection can be arranged by prior agreement, so you can focus on making memories

  • Absolutely. Every FROLIC Celebration already includes personalised place names and a coordinating welcome sign, thoughtfully designed to complement your chosen tablescape.

    We can also add further personal touches, such as fresh flowers, cakes, grazing boards of afternoon tea. We’ll discuss your ideas during the planning process and provide a personalised quote for any additional extras.

  • Celebrations can be hosted in your home, holiday accommodation, garden or hired venue. If you’re unsure of the best location, we’re always happy to help.

  • Absolutely. FROLIC is based on the Isle of Wight and primarily serves clients across the island, but we also travel throughout the South Coast for selected celebrations and gatherings. Additional travel costs, including ferry fees where applicable, will be added to bookings outside of the Isle of Wight. 

  • If your celebration is planned outdoors, we’ll work with you to create a suitable indoor alternative where possible. If weather conditions make this impossible, we’ll discuss rescheduling options.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during spring and summer. Whilst we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute enquiries, celebrations with personalised details such as welcome signage, place settings or bespoke styling typically require at least 10 days’ notice.
