These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for using our website and booking services provided by FROLIC Gatherings. By accessing this website and/or making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this website or our services.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos and other materials, is the property of FROLIC Gatherings unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

3. USE OF WEBSITE

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website in any way that may damage, disable or impair the website or interfere with another person’s use of it.

4. SERVICES

FROLIC Gatherings provides a range of experiences and event styling services, including but not limited to:

• Creative Gatherings and Workshops

• Styled Celebrations and Picnic Experiences

• Private Group Experiences

• Seasonal Events and Collaborations

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue any offering without prior notice.

5. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payments are processed securely via Stripe unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been received.

We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time; however, confirmed bookings will remain at the agreed price.

6. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Celebrations

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to secure your celebration date.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

If you need to cancel your Celebration, please notify FROLIC Gatherings as soon as possible in writing. Please note that all payments made towards Celebrations are non-refundable.

Gatherings

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place at a FROLIC Gathering or workshop.

If you need to cancel your booking:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice to FROLIC Gatherings.

FROLIC Gatherings reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Gathering due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered either a transfer to a new date or a full refund.

7. WEATHER POLICY

The safety and enjoyment of our guests is always our priority.

For outdoor Celebrations, weather conditions will be monitored closely in the lead-up to the event. A final decision regarding whether the Celebration can proceed outdoors will typically be made approximately 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

Where adverse weather is forecast, FROLIC Gatherings will endeavour to either:

• Move the Celebration to a mutually agreed indoor location provided by the client; or

• Reschedule the Celebration to a new date agreed by both parties.

Where a suitable indoor alternative is unavailable and both parties are unable to agree upon a new date, FROLIC Gatherings will provide a refund of 50% of the total amount paid.

This partial refund reflects the planning, administration and preparatory costs already incurred in delivering the Celebration.

8. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all guests behave respectfully towards staff, suppliers and property used during the event.

FROLIC Gatherings reserves the right to end an experience without refund if behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive or inappropriate.

Clients must notify FROLIC Gatherings in advance of any allergies, accessibility requirements or other relevant information that may impact the experience.

9. PARTICIPATION DISCLAIMER

Many FROLIC Gatherings experiences involve creative activities such as painting, crafting and other hands-on workshops.

Guests participate at their own risk. While reasonable care is taken to provide a safe environment, FROLIC Gatherings accepts no responsibility for injury, damage to personal belongings or allergic reactions arising from participation in these activities.

10. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Clients are responsible for taking reasonable care of all equipment, décor, tableware and other items provided by FROLIC Gatherings throughout the duration of the event.

Whilst we understand that minor accidents can happen, clients may be charged for the replacement or repair cost of any items that are lost, stolen or damaged beyond normal wear and tear during the event.

Any such charges will be discussed with the client and supported by evidence of the damage or replacement cost where appropriate.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FROLIC Gatherings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or participation in our services.

Nothing within these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

12. PRIVACY

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

13. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate access to our services or website where these Terms have been breached.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
